We are a factory, when you order from Siming Displays, you are ordering directly from the manufacturer, it means there will be no third-party fees, no markup prices, and no delays in processing your orders . It is easy to order your custom promotional products from us in 3 steps .

Send requirement to us through official email, We will provide solution and quote within one day. Communicate, E-Proof get approval and order confirmed.
Step2、production
Payment received and start production . We will capture and send pictures to you after production has been done. Pictures get confirmation.
Step3、shipping
Get your shipping information and we will arrange to ship out . We will email you tracking number for checking as soon as we get it.

What's your product range ?
Our product range mainly include following items.

Do you have a minimum quantity or accept a small order ?
By using our digital printing process, we can do order from 1pcs. That means we do not have a minimum quantity of one order.
But 1pcs or small quantity order is more suitable for long -term cooperation business or pre-production sample, it’s not so cost-effective for one time order.
Do you offer further discounts on bulk orders ?
Absolutely, you will take advantage of cost savings by ordering bulk. For example , Company A buys advertising tents for all five of their upcoming annual trade shows rather than five separate occasions resulting in deep discounts.
What Art File Should I Provide ?Could You Help On Creating the Design ?
In our industry, vector art is the standard, it can be vector format EPS , AI , CDR or PDF, but if you have non-vector format art file ( JPEG , BMP , GIF, or PSD ), please make sure the size is right and the resolution is high enough.
You can use any fonts in your art file, but please make sure they are outlined before you send to us. We also have a group of professionl graphic designers can help you to create your own art file at no charge. For more detailed information, please contact us.
How Do we Start ? Is It Complex ?
It’s very easy to start, if you have specific requirement, just send to us thru email or IM tools( like skype ), we will reply very soon.
If you do not have in mind of what exactly you want , don’t worry , just let us know the purpose you need and where you should use them, we will provide you the best suggestions or different choices for your reference.
How can I request any changes to the proof you sent to me ?
You can reply to the email including the proof and write the changes there. We will send a revised proof as soon as we can until you are happy with the layout. If the changes regard the actual artwork, a new art file will be required.
Can I cancel my order after the proof is sent to me ?
Siming Flags will be happy to help you cancel your order for a full refund before you approve the proof . Please allow up to 10 business days for the monies to be credited to your account.
But orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process.
What Can I Do To Ensure The Best Quality Print ?
- To ensure best quality of your print, please use high resolution image files and/or vector artwork that are created by a graphics professional. For vector files please save it as EPS, AI or PDF to retain sharp lines suitable for large printing.
How To Control And Guarantee The Quality ?
First, we have very strict management system to control the product quality. We also have QC to verify products before shipping out. We are there every step of the way to ensure that things are exactly how you want them.
Second, to give our customer best experience, we provide e-proof for customer to review and provide physical product pictures for customer to verify before shipping out. No need to worry about working with us.

What’s the shipping methods you use ?
We use three main ways for shipping, they are following :
1) By Express ( UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT ), this is the most common way since most of our orders are rush. We are big VIP of these Express companies that we can provide the fastest shipping service with low price. We mainly use UPS and Fedex and most orders will arrive to your place within 3 to 10 days.
2) By SEA, for large orders or there is enough time for production, we can use sea shipping to save cost.
3) By AIR, this is port to port shipping, it’s a cost-effective way but the handle process is more complex than Express.
Can you ship my order using my shipping account ?
Yes, we can ship your order by using your account if you want. For us to ship the order using your account we will need the account number, the account billing address and the method of shipping desired.
Can you blind ship my order ?
Yes, no problem to blind ship your order directly to your client and show you as the shipper. If you want us to show you as the shipper, please provide the name, shipping address and phone number regarding who you want us to show the shipper as.
How do I know my order has shipped, how do I track ?
A notification email with tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order .

What Information Should I Let You Know For A Quotation ?
Commonly, we need to know the Product name, Size, Material , And Quantity for a rapid quote. But if you have some information not quite sure, don’t worry, just let us know, we will quote base on the best solution we can provide.
Do You Have Art Templates ?
Yes, we have art templates of all our products for you to create your own art file. Since we do not have them online for downloading so far, you can contact us to get the templates. We also can make your promotional products that base on your custom templates.
Can i inquire some promotional products that I don’t see on your website ?
We do not list all of the products we can make on our website as the list is virtually endless. If it can be printed on, chances are we can provide it for you. Please contact us with details and let us get started !
Difference between creen printing and digital printing
Screen printing is a versatile method which uses durable inks, it can print on thick materials and is better suited to large quantities. This method only applies one colour at a time and isn’t always suitable for complex graphics.
Digital printing can also print onto various types and thicknesses of materials as well as paper, it can print both small and large quantities and will have a shorter lead time. This print method can produce photographic quality prints.
Screen printing is better if you need durable print that is used in a harsh environment, you are printing large quantities or if you need an exact colour match . Whereas digital printing is better if you have smaller quantities, you need variable information on the print or if you need your print urgently.
How do i upload my own artwork and logo ?
Most files can be emailed directly to [email protected] . For files larger than 20MB there are other options such as Dropbox and Transferbigfiles.com.
How can I get a sample to confirm the quality ?
We are honored to offer you samples. Please send the detailed request to us. We can give you a sample according to your specification. We can provide available samples free of charge, but the courier cost needs to bear by buyer.
How To Make Sure The Colors Are Printed Correctly ?
First, we use Pantone solid coated (PMS) to match colors. This is an international standard of color matching. Any other Pantone or custom spot color will be converted to the closest matching Pantone solid color.
Second, before we make your order, we need adjust the colors in software and print one swatch to match specified PMS colors, we only start physical production after color matching done. If you just provide us CMYK colors or images format art, we can only print them directly, that we can not accurately match the quality of color to your expected color.
What does production time mean ?
Production time refers to the period it takes to make your order in our production facility. The time is caculated based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
What's the normally production lead time ?
For custom flags sample or small orders, we can complete in 2-3 days by using our digital printing process.
For mass order production, we normally need 7-10 days to make it, depending on the order scale. Rush order service is available if needed. Please communicate with us for detailed lead time when you place orders.
What’s your Payment term ?
We accept T/T, Paypal and Western Union.
For the standard order, 30% in advance and 70% after order production finished.
For long-term cooperation, we have more flexible payment term. Please contact us for more detailed information if needed .
Can I pay after I receive my order ?
No, for custom printing industry, the products hold values only for the customer ordered them once we finish custom printing, also shipping cost is not refundable. We do offer very good warranties for all of our products.
