Our custom made flags can be eighter single reverse or double-sided with block-out liner , below are the most popular custom flag sizes that are available as standard sizes , the most frequently purchased size is our custom  3′ x 5′  flag , another very popular size often used for custom flags is  5′ x 8′ .

For most of  our custom flags , we have two different printing process :  1、Digital printing process : No minimum order quantity , No colors limitation , No setup charges , and fast lead time. We recommend this way for the most requirements .  2、Silk screen printing process : This is a traditional printing method , Need setup charges . Normally used for solid colors flag and it is cost-effective for large quantity .

Your custom flags will come with printed graphic of your artwork and we offer 5 different finishing options that can be applied to a custom flag:  It can be finished with Fabric pole sleeve ,  Heading with grommets , Rope ties , D-rings , or  Rope & Thimble to meet your different occasion needs .

Below is the difference between single-reverse and double-sided custom flags , please keep in mind that single reverse is a popular style because it is more enduring  for outdoor use and easily flows in the wind .

Single Reverse Flags :  Your design will be printed on the front of  fabric , the wording on the single sided flag will be read in reverse on the back side. This single sided flag takes little wind to move it and it is the most common way for custom flags due to the friendly budget .

Double Sided Flags :  As you can see the wording on a 3 layer custom flag will read correctly on both front and back side. The flag is made from 2 pieces of flag material , they are sewn together and a middle block-out liner is added to stop seeing through. This custom flag will take a lot of wind to move it as it is more heavier .

2、Do You Have A Minimum Quantity Or Accept A Small Order ?

By using our digital printing process, we can do order from 1pcs. That means we do not have a minimum quantity of one order. But 1pcs or small quantity order is more suitable for long term cooperation business or preproduction sample, it’s not so cost-effective for one time order.

3、How Can We Start ? Is It Complex ?

It’s very easy to start, if you have specific requirement, just send to us thru email or IM tools( like skype ), we will reply very soon. If you do not have in mind of what exactly you want, don’t worry, just let us know the purpose you need and where you use them, we will give you the best suggestions or different choices for your reference.

4、What’s Your Payment Term ?

We accept T/T, Paypal and Western Union. For the standard order, 30% in advance and 70% after order production finished. For long term cooperation, we have more flexible payment term. Please contact us for more detail information.

5、What Are Custom Flags ?

Custom flags are personalized with your own graphics and logos rather than a ready-made grphics , such as a state or country flag ,  they are made uniquely for customers upon request .

6、What Color System Do You Use ?

For best color matching we use the Pantone Matching System ( PMS ) and color match Solid Coated Pantone colors , whether you choose screen printing or digital printing , we will do our best to match any and all PMS solid coated colors.

Yes, we will email your UPS or Fedex tracking number the day your order is shipped .
